Returns and Exchanges

Your happiness is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return if you aren't happy with your purchase. We will happily offer store credits and exchanges for approved returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

For in-store purchases please return your item in store. 

For online purchases, please contact us at info@kahmco.com.au to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

*Afterpay & Zip Pay returns: approved returns will be refunded to the customer's original payment method used to place the order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your store credit or exchange amount will be less the cost of shipping.

Please note KAHM Co are not responsible for cost of postage for returned items. We recommend using a trackable service so you can track your returned parcel, no store credit or exchange is permitted if we do not receive the item and KAHM Co will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive. 

How to return your online purchase:

  • email us at info@kahmco.com.au within 14 days of purchase to request your return
  • include your order number, full name, item/s you would like to return and reason for return
  • once your return is approved you will receive an email outlining the return postage address 
  • once we receive your returned item we will process a store credit or exchange within 5 business days. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and earrings (for hygiene purposes). There is no refunds or credit notes provided for readings or treatments. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
