How long does a reading go for?

Kimberley’s readings are 1 hour.

Please keep in mind we try to keep appointments at 1 hour however in some cases readings may run over time so we recommend booking a time where you won’t have to rush off, in the case that your time runs over.

How much is a reading?

Can I record my reading?

Yes – absolutely, we always recommend voice-recording using your smart device, as there can be a lot of information to take in, it is normal to feel a little overwhelmed, so it’s great to listen back when you’ve let everything sink in, and again months/years following. Alternatively, you can write notes through the session.

What’s the difference between a psychic and medium?

Great question! The distinction between mediums, psychics, and clairvoyants can be confusing for those that aren’t familiar.  A psychic isn't necessarily a medium, but most mediums are psychic.

Psychics tune into the energy of people or objects by feeling or sensing elements of their past, present and future. Simply put, psychics rely on their basic sense of intuition and psychic ability to gather information for the person being read.

Mediums acts as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, connecting those living with those that have passed on. Mediums raise their own vibration (through focus, meditation, or intention) to tune into the higher frequency where spirit exists.

 
Through this connection, they may:

·      Sense a spirit’s presence, personality, or energy (clairsentience)

·      See mental images or symbols (clairvoyance)

·      Hear words, names, or sounds internally (clairaudience)

·      Feel or know messages intuitively (claircognizance)

The messages that come through a Medium often bring give evidence of continued life after death. Medium readings bring comfort and closure to the living, and guidance and reassurance about one’s path or healing.

To put it simply, Mediums are able to raise their vibration high enough to connect to the other side, Psychics have the ability to give information about the past, the present, or even the future, but not deliver messages from the other side and the “clairs” receive stronger messages overall.

Does Kimberley use Tarot Cards?

Kimberley does not use tarot cards throughout her readings and relies on the information provided to her by Spirit. She may ask to hold a piece of your jewellery or your hand to establish a connection.

I’ve never had a reading before – I’m nervous you’ll give me negative information?

We focus on providing positive and life-affirming readings, we will only give you positive messages from the other side or things that you need to know. There is no need to be afraid, you’ll only be given messages that you need to hear and your guides on the other side have a wonderful way of knowing what to say and when and if you are ready for the information. You will leave your reading feeling clarity and comfort.

Can I bring another person into my reading?

We highly recommend only having one person in the reading, as having multiple people in the room will disrupt the energy and information coming through, call through to KAHM Collective should you have any questions on this.

Can you do my reading over the phone or Skype? 

Currently Kimberley is only offering face-to-face readings.

I had a reading with Kimberley many years ago at Angels on the Lake but her name was Lee. Why is Kimberley now using her full name instead of Lee?

When Kimberley first began her work as a medium over 25 years ago, she chose to go by Lee — a shortened version of her name — to keep her spiritual work separate from her career in the medical field.

Now, after many years devoted solely to her spiritual practice, she feels it’s the right time to embrace her full name and bring all parts of her journey together. You’ll still find the same warmth, insight, and connection.

Can I use my KAHM Co gift voucher to pay for my reading?
Yes, you can use your KAHM Co gift card to make payment.

Please call to book if using a voucher, you can still book online however if booking online you will still be required to pay the booking deposit to secure their appointment. The deposit amount will then be deducted from the total voucher value at the time of the reading.

What are the payment + cancellation conditions?

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. The balance of $130 is paid at time of appointment. 


This deposit honours the time, energy, and space held for each reading, and ensures appointment availability is respected for all clients.



Appointments may be rescheduled once only, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, and are subject to availability.

Further rescheduling requests, late cancellations (within 48 hours), or failure to attend the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.



On the rare occasion that Kimberley needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to offer an alternative time. If a suitable time cannot be arranged, the deposit will be fully refunded.
