Terms + Conditions of Purchase
IMPORTANT please note: If you are buying a multiple items inclusive of both standard and heavy/bulky items, the shipping cost at checkout will default to the standard shipping rate ($10 or free for over $150). Please note the heavy/bulky items the freight quote WILL still apply, and you will receive a freight quote as set out below.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australian wide + we offer free standard shipping for orders over $150.
Standard shipping excludes furniture and other bulky items, see details below under ‘heavy’ items.
Standard orders will be processed and shipped within two business days (excluding public holidays).
We use registered postal services throughout Australia with tracking available from door to door. Deliveries usually arrive between 2-5 business days, depending on your location and courier timelines.
IT’S A HEAVY ONE
Our larger + heavier items that are not able to be shipped with our standard postage service will incur a freight cost.
Heavier items include furniture, mirrors, framed artworks, lighting, rugs etc. Items that are heavy/large and require freight will be outlined in the products description.
Place your order online, we will then contact you within 24 hours with a freight invoice. Once freight payment is received your order will be shipped within two-three business days.
Alternatively, if you would like to obtain a freight quote prior to placing your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please note this will not guarantee availability of your product at time of placing order.
If you decide not to proceed with your order after receiving freight invoice we will happily refund you for the item purchased.
CLICK + COLLECT
We offer free click and collect from our New Lambton store, place your order online and select ‘Pick Up’ as the delivery option in check out. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection, easy!
Click + Collect orders are typically ready within 24 hours.
Shipping Conditions: We take extreme care when packing your order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. When you receive your delivery if there happens to be any damage from transit please email us within 24 hours of receiving at email@example.com with details and photos. We cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside our control, including courier delays.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Your happiness is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return if you aren't happy with your purchase. We will happily offer store credits and exchanges for approved returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
For in-store purchases please return your item in store.
For online purchases, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Further information for online orders
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your store credit or exchange amount will be less the cost of shipping.
Please note KAHM Co are not responsible for cost of postage for returned items. We recommend using a trackable service so you can track your returned parcel, no store credit or exchange is permitted if we do not receive the item and KAHM Co will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive.
How to return your online purchase:
- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase to request your return
- include your order number, full name, item/s you would like to return and reason for return
- once your return is approved you will receive an email outlining the return postage address
- once we receive your returned item we will process a store credit or exchange within 5 business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and earrings (for hygiene purposes). There is no refunds or credit notes provided for readings or treatments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
