Indian Bajot Table - lowline
Bajot tables (or pooja chowki as they are sometimes known) are beautiful, sometimes hand-painted, tables that were topped with statues of gods and goddesses to protect the home, family and farmland. In Northern India, they were also used as low dining tables in traditional Indian havelis. Each evening, families would sit on the floor and enjoy hearty, fragrant meals together. Crafted from solid teak, this particular bajot would make the perfect addition to your home as a low side or coffee table.
